Industrial salesperson
Duration: 3 years
Requirement: A good high school diploma or similar qualification. Good knowledge of German, English and Microsoft Office are a good foundation. You should be interested in business and sales activities and find it fun to deal with people. You are friendly, reliable and like to work on a team.
Tests: Interim exam and completion exam
Goal: Independently perform business activities after training. The education ends with the final exam for an industrial salesperson before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Content: During training you will get to know all business departments at moll. You will work on all business processes and will be integrated into all departments. Over the three years, you’ll experience daily business in the financial accounting, controlling, human resources, purchasing, warehousing, work preparation, marketing, logistics and shipping departments.
What we offer you: Practical training prepares you for your future profession. You will be taught by experienced instructors. You will actively collaborate on current projects and take part in our training programs. We will give you optimal training for the interim and final exams.
Student internship
Would you like to get a first look at specific professions? Then a student internship at moll might be for you. moll has many different departments. Whether it’s in administration or production, moll is the right place to gain initial impressions and practical experience in a middle-sized company.
What to expect: You should bring the interest, attention and care necessary for a first introduction. Good German, English and mathematics knowledge is an advantage.
What we offer: You’ll cover the whole company and get to know a variety of departments. The employees are nice and are glad to share their knowledge. You’ll actively get to implement various small department-specific tasks.
Bachelor of Arts – Industry
Duration: 6 semesters (3 years). You’ll alternate theory and practice at a quarterly rhythm. In addition to our training, you will attend the dual university.
Requirement: High school completion exam, advanced technical college certificate or another admission requirement. Good to very good knowledge of German, English, mathematics and Microsoft Office will make you stand out. You are interested in business and sales. Contact with people is important to you, and you are friendly, reliable and like teamwork.
Tests: Tests each semester, seminar/project/bachelor thesis
Requirement: High school completion exam, advanced technical school + aptitude test
Goal: Take over technical and management tasks at the national and international level
Content: As a bachelor of arts student, you will get to know all business-related functional fields. You will work in the purchasing, work preparation, marketing and sales, financial accounting, controlling and human resources departments. In the basic track, up to the fourth semester, you will learn the major business-related content. From the fifth semester on, you will fix your focus and gain special knowledge. At moll, you will be assigned to your selected specialization at the company.

You will attend lectures and take part in our training programs. During your time at moll, you will actively work on a wide variety of projects.
Machine and systems manager
Duration: 2 years
Requirement: Good secondary education diploma. Interest in technology and machines is a must. Good mathematics and enjoyment of working with computers are a must. You don’t mind getting dirty at work.
Tests: Interim and final examination
Goal: Independently inspect and maintain machines and systems to ensure their operation at any time.
Content: During the 2-year machine and systems management program, you will work in various sectors of our industrial production and get to know machines and systems in the greatest detail. You will learn how to set up and operate machines and systems in production. After your training, you will be able to prepare work processes, select manual and mechanical production techniques, and control and regulation devices.
